Ingredients
1-1/2 cups full fat plain yogurt 1-1/2 cups (375 mL) full fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup (125 mL) raspberries or strawberries or blueberries, (fresh or thawed and drained) 1/2 banana, sliced 1 tbsp (15 mL) maple syrup1-1/2cups(375 mL) 1/2 cup raspberries , (fresh or thawed and drained)1/2cup(125 mL) raspberry1/2 banana , sliced1/2bananas1 tbsp maple syrup 1tbsp(15 mL)
Preparation:
In blender, purée together yogurt, raspberries, banana and maple syrup until smooth. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 3 days).
Makes 2 cups.

My children are in their twenties but I always made homemade baby food. I would use what we were eating and just prepare it for our babies. They would never eat the canned foods and to this day they really appreciate fresh foods. Thanks for this tip.
