8 Healthy Habits




These 8 Healthy Habits are great habits to form-not only for you, as a parent, but for you to teach your children from a very young age as well!
1.) Always Eat a Healthy Breakfast
2.)Eat more Fruits and Vegetables
3.)Limit or eliminate sweet drinks
4.)Limit screen time
5.)Increase your physical activity
6.) Eat meals together as a family
7.)Be positive about food
8.)Don't criticize about weight
